Iran National Taekwondo Team Stood First in 4th Asian Open Taekwondo Championships

Iran taekwondo players achieved one gold and one silver in the 4th Asian Open Taekwondo Championships in Pakistan.

In an all-Iranian final, Bozorgi beat Hosseini in the -74kg weight class.

Athletes from host Pakistan, Iran, Egypt, Bahrain, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Oman and Sri Lanka compete for 26 gold medals in different male and female categories during the four-day competitions.

Armin Hadipour  obtained a gold in the 58- kg; Farzan Ashourzadeh, Gold in -63 kg; Mohammad Sadegh Dehghani, Gold in -74; and Hasan Bashiri, Silver in -80 wieght class. 

Mohammad Sadegh Dehghani could achieve the best player title in this tournoment. Iran National Taekwondo Team stood first in the 4th Asian Open Taekwondo Championships 

The 4th Asian Open Taekwondo Championships are being held in Islamabad from October 31 to November 5.

The event is a G-2 event.
